2. Subscriptions and Payments

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (quarterly, half‑yearly, or annually). You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for the current billing period. Payments are processed securely via iPay Africa (Mpesa) or Stripe (cards).

3. Access and Use

Access to reports is personal to your account. You may not share your login credentials. Institutions may share within their organization as per their license.
